Zubiri: Senate priority economic recovery

SEN. Juan Miguel 'Migz' Zubiri on Wednesday said the senators will prioritize economic recovery measures -- not Charter change (Cha-cha) -- in the first year of the 19th Congress.

The incoming Senate president, in a chance interview, said his colleagues do not intend to focus on Charter change right now amid economic woes brought about by the pandemic.
