Comelec urged to settle impasse

PARACELIS: The political leaders of this second class municipality in Mountain Province urged the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to settle legal issues and decide who is the rightful mayor of this town.

At present, there are three political leaders who lay claim to the mayoral post.
