2 foreigners nabbed with P102M shabu in Manila

THE leadership of the Philippine National Police's (PNP) National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO) believes that the two foreigners arrested with P102 million of metamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu in Manila City on Monday will impact the volume of drug circulation in the illegal drug market.

PMGen. Felipe Natividad, NCRPO regional director identified the foreign drug suspects as Bin Hu, 42 and Jiankang Liang, 40, Chinese citizens
