Legarda files bills on education, livelihood

SEN. Lorna Regina 'Loren' Legarda filed her first 10 proposed measures in the 19th Congress, mostly focused on strengthening the education and livelihood systems.

Legarda's office said that having served as a senator for 18 years, she was the first to file among the 24 incumbent and newly elected senators in line with the principle of seniority in the Senate.
