THE whole Department of Education (DepEd) family congratulates outgoing Education Secretary Leonor Briones for her appointment as center director of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (Seameo Innotech).

DepEd greatly appreciates the leadership of Secretary Briones in the department as they witnessed various accomplishments in attaining accessible and quality basic education during her full six-year term.
