Manila Clock Tower declared prime tourist spot

(UPDATE) THE iconic Manila City Hall clock tower has been formally declared as a premier tourist spot in the nation's capital.

The declaration was contained in an ordinance signed by Manila Mayor Francisco Domagoso before he stepped down as the city's chief executive last June 30.
