Blackwater rising; NLEX escapes with win

After playing a string of struggling games this season, Baser Amer delivered when it mattered most for Blackwater on Thursday.

Amer sank the game-winning bucket against his former team Meralco and towed Blackwater to a thrilling 90-89 triumph in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
