THE Department of Agriculture (DA) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) led groundbreaking for the National Dairy Cattle Breeding and Artificial Insemination Center (NDCBAIC) at Isabela State University (ISU) in Echague town, Isabela, on Monday, June 27.
During the event, DA Region 2 Executive Director Narciso Edillo was joined by Agriculture Undersecretary for Livestock William Medrano representing Secretary William Dar; Dr. Farrel Benjelix Magtoto, administrator of the National Dairy Authority; Dr. Richmar Aquino, ISU president; and other officials.
