Victor Rodriguez: Big tasks await 'Little President'

INCOMING Executive Secretary Victor Rodriguez pledged to ensure that the national policies and the direction of President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. will be implemented during his watch.

The executive secretary is often referred to as the 'Little President' but the task is no little as he will set the Palace's bureaucratic process in motion.
