REELECTED Pasig Mayor Victor Ma. Regis "Vico" Nubla Sotto promised to surpass the gains he made for the city during his first term as he took his oath of office on Thursday.
Sotto was sworn in at the Pasig City Sports Center as his parents, Marvic "Bossing Vic" Castelo Sotto and Constancia Angeline "Connie" Reyes Nubla and his supporters, watched.
