Despite missing some key players, San Miguel has regained the solo lead in the PBA Philippine Cup.

For Rain or Shine, the losses kept coming in as the team absorbed its fifth straight setback after the Beermen pulled off a hard-earned 99-93 victory on Wednesday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
