The 2022 Revised Rules and Regulations and Procedures on the Processing and Issuance of Permits and Visas of Foreign Nationals in the Subic-Clark economic corridor is signed by Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd (seated, center) along with Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan Administrator Emmanuel Pineda, Subic-Clark Alliance for Development Executive Director Carminda Fabros, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Deputy Administrator Ruel John Kabigting and Clark International Airport Assistant Vice President Darwin Cunanan. The signing at Clark Freeport Zone corporate headquarters on June 14 aims to facilitate, through a joint memorandum order (JMO), the efficient, simplified and harmonized rules and procedures for processing visas and permits of foreign nationals in the Freeport Zones. The Department of Labor and Employment, the Bureau of Immigration, the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development Council, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, the Clark Development Corp., the Clark International Airport Corp. and the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan will jointly implement the JMO.
