PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Monday criticized the Health Technology Assessment Council (HTAC) for dragging its feet in administering Covid booster shots for minors ages 12 to 17.
Concepcion said the return of children who have no boosters to in-person classes in August could expose their classmates whose immunity to Covid has waned.
