(UPDATED) THE Occidental Mindoro Consolidated Power Corporation (OMCPC) shut down its 20-megawatt power plant in Occidental Mindoro on Saturday while seeking legal authority from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to continue its operations.
In an exclusive interview with The Manila Times, OMCPC Chief Operating Officer Calvin Luther Genotiva said that OMCPC will only resume operation of its power plant if it gets the go-signal from the ERC.
