PRESIDENTIAL peace adviser Carlito Galvez Jr. expressed hope that the implementation of the normalization process under the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) would continue under the administration of President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.
Galvez made the statement as he lauded the Inter-Cabinet Cluster Mechanism on Normalization (ICCMN) for effectively pushing for the implementation of the CAB between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
