In commemoration of the Philippine Independence Day, Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd (left) leads the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) Central Office in Intramuros, Manila. Hosted by the Human Resource Department Service at the DoLE Labor Governance Learning Center in Intramuros, Manila, the ceremony was attended by DoLE officials and employees from attached agencies, bureaus, and services on June 13, 2022. Secretary Bello thanked the department officials and employees for helping him steer the labor and employment programs for six solid years, underscoring, among others, DoLE’s achievements in sound fiscal management which merited the highest ‘unqualified audit rating’ from the Commission on Audit for three years in a row.
