THE Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB)-Region 7 (Central Visayas) successfully conducted its initial orientation of various businesses and establishments in Central Visayas regarding Wage Order ROVII-23 that calls for a P31 increase in the daily minimum wage of private and domestic workers in the region starting last June 14.
Through a webinar on Friday titled "Region 7 Wage Clinique," the RTWPB-Region 7 discussed among participants the salient features of Wage Order ROVII-23 as well as Wage Distortion and Correction Mechanisms for employers and employees or workers with special cases.
