THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is confident that the administration of President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. will sustain government efforts toward a more climate-resilient Philippines and take a more prominent presence in the global climate stage.

In a statement, Environment acting Secretary Jim Sampulna said that the Philippines, being one of the most vulnerable countries to climate change, will take a more prominent presence in the global climate stage under the incoming Marcos administration.
