Concepcion forms advisory team for shift to normalcy

PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria 'Joey' Concepcion 3rd is forming a team of experts that will guide the private sector 'to safely and successfully help the country transition into normalcy.'

Concepcion will meet with the group today, June 24, to discuss approaches to transitioning to the new normal.
