PHILIPPINE companies and organizations need to integrate sustainability strategies across multiple dimensions of their digital transformation roadmaps to pave the way for robust growth of their businesses under the new normal, experts said.

Speaking at the Management Association of the Philippines General Membership Meeting on ICT Leadership in the 'New World' on Thursday, Aileen Judan Jiao, president and country general manager of IBM Philippines Inc., highlighted how the pandemic pushed businesses to accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. She noted, however, that only few have managed to create sustainable digital enterprises.
