MerryMart opens eco-friendly marts

SUPERMARKET chain MerryMart has signed a 15-year long-term lease contract with real estate firm Ayala Land Inc. to build two stand-alone, full-sized, eco-friendly supermarkets in two Ayala residential developments, namely Nuvali in Santa Rosa, Laguna and Cresendo in Tarlac.

The size of its branch in Nuvali will be about 2,261.21 square meters (sqm) while in Cresendo it will be about 2,076.90 sqm of retail space. Each will be surrounded by ample parking areas.
