Raffy Tulfo takes oath

(UPDATE) SENATOR-ELECT Rafael 'Raffy' Tulfo took his oath before Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen on Wednesday.

Tulfo received over 23 million votes in the 2022 elections, second to Antique Rep. Loren Legarda's 24 million. Actor Robin Padilla topped the Senate race with over 26 million votes.
