A new low pressure area (LPA) was spotted early Wednesday morning over Palawan but is embedded along Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa said the weather disturbance was last seen at 3 a.m., Wednesday, in the vicinity of Puerto Princesa City.
