Cardema to court: Disqualify Guanzon

DUTERTE Youth Party-List Rep. Ducielle Marie Cardema and National Youth Commission Chairman Ronald Gian Carlo Cardema asked the Supreme Court on Tuesday to disqualify former Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner Rowena Guanzon from taking the seat designated for the P3PWD Party-list.

Meanwhile, Guanzon also on Tuesday filed charges of libel and unjust vexation against Ronald Cardema before the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.
