TUGUEGARAO CITY: The Cagayan State University (CSU) signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with SM Downtown Tuguegarao on Monday, June 20, to assist its 5,000 student on-the-job trainees and graduates for apprenticeships and employment through job fairs.

Dr. Theresa Dimalanta, CSU Andrews campus executive director, said they initially started the MoA with SM in a bid to help the alumni during and after their stay with the university.
