PNPA cadet succumbs to heat stroke in Cavite

THE Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) announced the death of a cadet who was undergoing training in Silang, Cavite.

In a statement, the PNPA identified the fatality as Rafael Sakkam, who passed away due to heat stroke.
