FORMER Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner and P3PWD party-list first nominee Rowena Guanzon on Tuesday filed charges of libel and unjust vexation against former National Youth Commission Undersecretary Ronald Cardema before the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.
Guanzon said she will also file charges against Duterte Youth Party-list Rep. Marie Cardema within the week. She did not specify what complaints she will file.
