EDSA Timog Flyover-Southbound closed for repairs starting June 25

MOTORISTS planning to drive along EDSA Timog Flyover-Southbound are advised to take Mabuhay lanes and other alternate routes as the road will be closed for repairs for 30 days starting June 25, 6 a.m., an official of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced.

In a public press briefing on Tuesday morning, MMDA Chairman Lawyer Romando 'Don' Artes said the 30-day reconstruction period was set by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) as part of safety measures for motorists to prevent the further damage and deterioration of the flyover.

DPWH announced that the implementing of total closure of fly-over (Southbound) for a period of one month will be started on June 25, 2022, to give way the ongoing construction works have to be done without any vibration movement.
