BUSINESSES can start their journey toward responsible business conduct (RBC) by first looking into their processes closely as they may unknowingly be practicing it already, according to experts.
As calls for RBC gain strength globally, Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) RBC senior adviser and consultant Nenette Fernando noticed that businesses, especially small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), are worried about the challenges of implementing RBC considering they are short on capital and resources.
