FILINVEST REIT Corp. (FILRT), according to a filing, had retained earnings, which totaled P1.019 billion as of Dec. 31, 2021. It had total current liabilities of P1.321 billion, total non-current liabilities of P6.667 billion and total capital stock of 2,446,388,997 on Dec. 31, 2021 (except retained earnings).

According to FILRT, its gross proceeds from its IPO (initial public offering), which amounted to P12.583 billion, went to the purchase of shares during the stabilization period and P316.945 million went to underwriters and IPO-related fees. The balance of the IPO proceeds as of Dec. 31, 2021 was P9.690 billion after related disbursements in the previous months.
