Spate of killings in Bacolod alarming

LESS than 24 hours after Bacolod City Mayor-elect Albee Benitez expressed 'alarm and concern' over the recent spate of shooting incidents in the city, a resident of Barangay Mambulac, Silay City was shot dead by an unidentified suspect while inside a computer shop in Purok Langis, Barangay Banago in Bacolod City Friday night.

This brought to seven the number of victims from the six shooting incidents in Bacolod City for the month of June.
