SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) are looking to establish a skills training center inside the special economic zone.
The two agencies signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) in an effort to produce a more highly skilled and reliable workforce that is tailored fit for the booming industries at SBMA.
