HAVING more players in the telecom industry could be both a good and bad thing, incoming Information and Communications secretary Ivan Uy said.

During a recent interview with The Manila Times, Uy explained that more players can mean that the prices for the service will be cheaper since many will be making offers. There will also be various promos that will be made available to the consumers.
