SUV driver no-show in case hearing

(UPDATE) THE driver who ran over a security guard directing traffic near a mall in Mandaluyong City did not show up at the preliminary hearing of the frustrated murder complaint filed against him before the prosecutor's office.

Jose Antonio Sanvicente, who fled and went into hiding after the incident, was represented by a lawyer at Friday's hearing.
