Police refuse P2-M bribe, arrest homicide suspect

OFFERED a bribe of P2 million, members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday still arrested a former policeman in Taytay, Rizal, after he went into hiding over a homicide case last year.

BGen. Samel Nacion, PNP-Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (PNP-IMEG) director, identified the former officer as SSg. Luis Jomok 3rd, who was nabbed on Wednesday, by virtue of a warrant of arrest for homicide.
