New mayor vows to upgrade CdO police

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Newly-elected Mayor Rolando Uy on Tuesday pledged to strengthen the city's campaign against illegal drugs and criminality.

In an interview with The Manila Times, the incoming mayor said he will provide all 10 police stations with brand-new police cars to help law enforcers in their fight against crimes.
