Cagraray Island is Albay's tourism gem

BACACAY, Albay: With the rejuvenation of the tourism industry in the country, the thriving province of Albay is offering an alternative destination to beach goers and island hoppers.

Legazpi City Mayor and newly elected Gov. Noel Rosal said the pristine and rustic powdery white beaches of Cagraray Island in Bacacay town is a perfect place for domestic and foreign tourists to explore and enjoy.
