PPCRV 'always welcome' -- UST

THE University of Santo Tomas (UST) believes the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) is 'always welcome' to use their facilities in holding their parallel manual counts.

Last week, UST rector Very Rev. Fr. Richard Ang received the PPCRV officials, led by chairman Myla Villanueva, who signed a letter of gratitude to UST.
