THE Philippine National Police (PNP) is now coordinating with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to ensure that the driver of the SUV who was involved in a controversial hit-and-run incident in Mandaluyong City will be barred from leaving the country.
PNP Director for Operations MGen. Valeriano de Leon on Tuesday said they want to ensure that the suspect, Jose Antonio San Vicente, the registered owner of the SUV, will face the justice system once the local court issues an arrest warrant.
