INCOMING Information and Communications Secretary Ivan Uy said he will seek the help of authorities in investigating the emergence of unwanted text messages, as he speculated that unscrupulous individuals may be "selling" the contact numbers of people who have filled up information sheets upon entering establishments at the height of the pandemic.
In an exclusive interview with The Manila Times, Uy cited himself as an example. He said that every time he entered any establishment, he listed down the same cell phone number for registration.
