PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd said Tuesday that alert levels should not be escalated even if Covid-19 cases surge as long as the country's hospital capacity rate remains low.
The Go Negosyo founder made the statement amid concerns that Alert Level 2 might be raised in the National Capital Region (NCR) due to a gradual uptick in Covid infection rates.
