Duterte meets Russian envoy in Malacañang

AFTER visiting President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr., Russia's Ambassador to the Philippines Marat Pavlov paid a courtesy call to outgoing President Rodrigo Duterte in Malacañang on Monday.

During the meeting, the President 'discussed matters' with Pavlov, photos provided by the Palace showed.
