Filinvest Hospitality breaks ground for P1-B project in Baguio

FILINVEST Hospitality Corp. (FHC) has broken ground on a P1-billion ($19-million) hotel investment in Baguio. The hotel is located on a 5,700-square meter leased plot inside Camp John Hay.

The 25-year lease agreement is with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and John Hay Management Corp. (JHMC).
