Russia ready to help PH on oil needs – envoy

President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. on Monday got the commitment of Russia that it will help the Philippines address concerns on the rising cost of oil and its by-products.

This was shared by Russian Ambassador to the Philippines Marat Pavlov following his courtesy visit to the incoming leader.
