Embassy of Türkiye holds Turkish Cuisine Week

First Lady Emine Erdoğan, with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, launched the first Turkish Cuisine Week in the Philippines. The said event aims to promote the richness and diversity of the Turkish gastronomy.

The book Turkish Cuisine with Timeless Recipe — prepared under the auspices of Erdoğan, and in collaboration with Turkish well-known chefs and leading gastronomy and history researchers — was also launched during the said event.
