Tanzania signs deal with Shell, Equinor

DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA: Tanzania on Saturday (Sunday in Manila) signed a framework agreement with British and Norwegian energy giants Shell and Equinor toward implementing a $30-billion project to export its natural gas.
