PH to pursue 'critical engagement' with China

THE administration of President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos will pursue a 'critical engagement' with China despite the dispute over the West Philippine Sea (WPS), incoming National Security Adviser (NSA) Clarita Carlos said on Thursday.
