Panaligan to bring key advocacies to Congress

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: He may not be a greenhorn in terms of crafting laws being a lawyer and a former vice-governor, but outgoing Calapan City Mayor Arnan Panaligan recognizes that he still needs to learn the dynamics of his new job as Oriental Mindoro's first district representative.

Being at the forefront of facing the worst health crisis that the city has confronted, the newly-elected congressman made a promise that one of his priorities in the House of Representatives would be health care.
