A GRADUATE of the University of the Philippines Diliman who reportedly joined the New People's Army in April 2022 has surrendered to local Army troops after fleeing from an encounter on May 30, 2022 in Asipulo, Ifugao, the Philippine military said on Wednesday.
In a statement, the military identified the former NPA rebel as Ma. Emannuel Tan, 28, also known as Bagins in the communist armed group.
