Duterte thanks Filipinos for 'fruitful and productive journey'

WITH his administration down to its last three weeks, President Rodrigo Duterte thanked the Filipino people for being with him on his 'fruitful and productive journey' as leader the past six years. He said he is now looking forward to 'retire quietly.'
